Pam Hughes Pam has serves as an educator for over 35 years in many capacities. She has taught business college, all levels of school, and served as a coordinator for the Ascension Parish Special Education Early Childhood classrooms. She earned a Masters +30 in Educational Leadership, along with her degree in Business Education and Special Education Certification. In March 2022, she completed coursework for Early Interventionist through Nicholls State University. Along with Sandi & Charleen, Pam is one of three See the Sound: Visual Phonics Licensed Trainers in LA. Training educators around the state and country is beyond rewarding for her. The use of the Visual Phonics kinesthetic strategy strengthens teacher effectiveness in reaching students that are challenged with accessing text, for any reason, and also for acquiring sound/symbol correspondence.
